Imagine a conversation before two friends discussing the fulfillment of their
dream which is your dream for them. (It works the same when you imagine your
friends discussing fulfillment of your dream)

Breathe in, breath out. It's very personal, you decide how many inhales and
exhales it's going to be.
- So,
you breathe in and you breathe out as many times as it takes for you and you
will notice a thrill coming.
- Then
it follows with a very VERY deep inhalation and you experience a thrill.
"Your whole body explodes".
"Your whole body explodes".
Now
you try it. It's a totally personal thing as Neville says. For me personally, I
never really counted my inhales/exhales, but I guess it's maybe around 10 - 15
until the thrill - ogasmic release - that assures you that It-Is-Done.
