Neville Goddard - The Breathing Technique - Summary



-  Call before your mind's eye what you would like to activate.

- Imagine a conversation before two friends discussing the fulfillment of their dream which is your dream for them. (It works the same when you imagine your friends discussing fulfillment of your dream)

- Breathe in, breath out. It's very personal, you decide how many inhales and exhales it's going to be.

- So, you breathe in and you breathe out as many times as it takes for you and you will notice a thrill coming.

- Then it follows with a very VERY deep inhalation and you experience a thrill.
 "Your whole body explodes".
Now you try it. It's a totally personal thing as Neville says. For me personally, I never really counted my inhales/exhales, but I guess it's maybe around 10 - 15 until the thrill - ogasmic release - that assures you that It-Is-Done.
